Alias Janaki
Neelima Thirumalasetty turned producer with Pawan Kalyan's 2011
big-budget film Panjaa, which was co-produced by Nagesh Muntha, Shobu
Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni. Learning the lesson from it, she has now
independently made the small budget film Alias Janaki, which introduces
new member from Mega family to the film industry.
Alias Janaki is a romantic action flick with a few masala ingredients.
The film is serious drama with a message to the society. Director K

illogical and dragging narration are some of main drawbacks of the
movie, which spoil the beauty of the film.
Janakiram (Venkat) is an honest and fearless government servant, working
in the Town Planning division of the GHMC. His honesty becomes an
obstacle for illegal land grabber Maisa, who is planing to take over Lal
nagar lands. Maisa strikes back at him when Janaki tries to stop him.
What happens next will form the crux of the story.
