Venky and Vikram in Oh My God remake
Continuing the reports on ongoing plans to remake Bollywood blockbuster, Oh My God!, the sources speculate that Victory Venkatesh might pair up with his Kollywood friend Vikram to appear in this engrossing story. Oh My God! fetched rave reviews in Hindi, with Akshay Kumar playing the Lord Krishna who comes down to the earth to correct an atheist advocate, Paresh Rawal. At first, it was thought that Venky may play the role of the God but as per the latest, Vikram is probably to do the role and Venkatesh, of that of Paresh Rawal. Interestingly, both Venky and Vikram are brand ambassadors of Mannapuram brand in South.
Victory Venkatesh seems to have become ultra comfortable doing multi starrer projects off late. His first one with Mahesh Babu, Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, was a huge hit last year. That was followed by his interesting gangster role in Masala along with Ram. The film was also a remake of Bollywood blockbuster, Bol Bachhan, and fared average at the Box Office in Tollywood.
It has yet to be seen if this much anticipated project with Vikram and Venky takes shape and if it does, who plays who. Vikram currently is fast winding up his next talked about mega project directed by Shankar, I.
