Mass Maharaja Raviteja is a calm going hero who doesn't like to comment about his failures. He never pointed his fingers at any director even during the days where he suffered a series of flops.

Raviteja shocked everyone when he found fault with director Surender Reddy. He alleged that Surender didn’t listen to him when he said that the second half in Kick 2 seems bit lengthy.
Raviteja openly criticized Surender’s judgmental skills during the promotions of Kick 2. This would surely hurt Surender who is among the A list directors and has some very good hits to his credit. However, Surender chose to remain silent in spite of Raviteja’s open allegations.
As per grapevine this has hurt the relation between the duo and Surender is not willing to come face to face with Raviteja again.
Surender who wanted to make Kick a franchise by making another movie is also contemplating to make the third installment of Kick with a young hero.
According to the buzz from gossip circles, Surender feels that Kick 2 was rejected as Raviteja didn’t suit the young and energetic character.
He wants to make Kick 3 despite the failure of Kick 2 and prove his point to one and all it seems.
