Catholic bride on the sets of Mary Kom. The actress who will be essaying
the role of Olympic bronze medallist Mary Kom in the upcoming biopic by
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, recently shot for a wedding sequence for the
film.
The gorgeous actress of Bollywood looked every bit an Anglo Indian with a beautiful wedding gown, veil and sunshades on. Playing a Catholic is not new to Priyanka. She has done a heck of a job earlier in Saat Khoon Maaf, where she played the role of Susanna, who gets married 7 times. Also, Priyanka wore a gorgeous gown in Mujhse Shaadi Karoge for the final scene with Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
“It’s been harder than the hardest…kudos to the crew for keeping it tog..All good things come to an end” tweeted Piggy Chops excitedly, calling it the conclusion to the filming of the biopic.
She also added some more good words about her learning and experience shooting for Mary Kom – “Inspiring to do every scene. It’s been so tumultuous yet wonderful. Mary Kom is the story of every woman who wants to be larger than what she is meant to be”
