Mohanlal to play volleyball for real!
The complete actor Mohanlal has always been a sports fan and
also a player since his youth; a fact which made him one of the captains
in the Celebrity Cricket League and prompted him to display his skills
in some of his movies like Sukhamo Devi.
Now, at age 53, the actor still lives a spirited life and maintains his athleticism for certain unique events such as this year’s journalists volley ball tournament organized by the Kannur Press Club – Lt. Col. Mohanlal is to play for the 122 Territorial Army team along with director and ex soldier Major Ravi and Commander B.S. Bali. And who are they playing? Just a team which includes the District Collector P. Balakiran and other noted media persons!
This match, unfortunately, would be just an exhibition match and not part of the tournament itself. It is to be held on May 7, at 5.30 pm, on the collectorate grounds.
