upcoming TV series with a difference. Titled Mission Sapne, the show
will see top Bollywood celebs like Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Harbhajan
Singh and Karan Johar turn common men for a day to step into the shoes
of an everyday earner.
Salman Khan is set to turn into a barber for a day to this effect. While Karan Johar is said to turn into a photographer, the roles by other celebs are yet to be known. This is an interesting concept on TV, letting people get a dope of seeing their favourite stars do things like selling vegetables, drive a taxi or become salesmen. The show will also portray as to how these stars use a little bit of zing in their style to turn these respective professions more interesting for Aam Aadmi.
As per the inside reports, the jobs picked are quite interesting! Ranbir Kapoor will sell Vada Pav, Varun Dhawan, a Pattiwala, Sidharth Malhotra will sell vegetables, Harbhajan Singh will sell Namkeen, Mika Singh will become chaiwala and Ronit Roy will be seen selling cosmetics!! Can you just imagine that??
The show that is to be hosted by beautiful Sonali Bendre will be aired from April 27th on Colors Channel at 8 PM slot.
Raj Nayak, the CEO of Colors stated – “We are very thankful to each and every celebrity who voluntarily joined us for this noble cause. They not only took out time from their busy livesbut also wholeheartedly committed to leading the life of a common man without any remuneration” he expressed.
The channel will collaborate with Tata Motors for this show.
