Shahid to become the ‘Kamina’ again!
Everybody remembers Shahid’s F act in Kaminey, directed by
Vishal Bharadwaj that was released in 2009. The duo, who are currently
shooting for their next film Haider are all set to wrap up the
production. The actor director combo now plans to do a sequel to
Kaminey, and Vishal plans to tile the film as Maha Kaminey.
As per the inside reports of a tabloid, the sequel will carry forward the story of the first instalment with a new twist. The sources confirm that Maha Kaminey will be more gory and dark than the first film, more evil characters with prominence and the chance for Shahid Kapoor to portray a new shade that was never done by the actor himself before.
Vishal Bharadwaj is still in the process of giving some final touches to the script, making sure that it stands out to be a potential sequel to the original.
Kaminey, though did averagely at Box Office, became popular for Shahid Kapoor’s portrayal, dance moves, music and comedy. It remains to be seen if the controversial duo Shahid Priyanka will be repeated on screen once again for Maha Kaminey. The chances are high that Sonakshi Sinha will be considered this time, thanks to their workable on screen chemistry and off screen camaraderie as friends.
