Arrest Warrant on Trisha in Morphed Photos Case

Actress Trisha and her mother Uma Krishnan are in legal troubles now,the Egmore court had issued an arrest warrant against Trisha and her Mom in connection with a defamation case filed by Trisha’s mother in 2005 against a Magazine for publishing the Trisha’s obscene morphed pictures.Most of them knows that a video on Trisha in the name of “Trisha Bathing Video” went on viral on web in 2004, later a magazine published those photos in 2005.
The case is going on since then but the actress and her mom failed to appear before the court whenever the case came up for hearings.Yesterday, this case came for hearing but Trisha and her mom again failed to appear in court, so the justice has issued an arrest warrant against them for violating court orders.
Now Trisha’s mom ready to withdraw the case stating that those photos were morphed and not Trisha’s photos.
